Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Ordering from www.sykeschemists.co.uk is really easy. We only ship to UK postcodes and do not accept international orders.

There is a small delivery charge of £2.99 on all orders, with free delivery on all orders above £45. Our delivery charge includes packaging, handling and delivery insurance, in addition to postal costs, which we pay to Royal Mail on your behalf. Delivery in the UK is normally 3 working days or less. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Royal Mail handles all our deliveries. All orders containing medicines require a signature on delivery. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to alternative addresses including your office, members of your family or your local post office. You need to ensure that someone approved by you is able to sign for the delivery.

Please make sure you order your Christmas gifts in good time ready for despatch as we cannot personally guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. You may refer to the Royal Mail's website on Christmas postings and deliveries.

It is important to note that deliveries are only made to the delivery address you supply to us. Re-despatch of any returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge.
